Montana’s Governor Bullock left it up to the counties to decide how they would be conducting their elections on November 3rd. Our Custer County Commissioners just passed a Resolution to conduct a mail-in only election this year. Everyone in Custer County Montana will be voting by mail this year. Just to confirm: here in Custer County Montana you can go to Walmart and stand in line, or go to the county fair and join the crowd, or go to football games and be with all your team’s supporters, or go to school with the other kids. However, you can’t go to the polls and exercise one of the greatest, most important rites of your American citizenship: safely, privately casting your vote.
As it turns out, Governor Bullock apparently does not trust the post office, despite having just authorized counties to use the USPS for distributing blank ballots, and then collecting and redistributing completed ballots. On the same day that our Custer County Commissioners voted and approved ALL MAIL-IN VOTING for our county, Governor Bullock filed a lawsuit against the USPS. This is all starting to appear like a possible setup for FRAUD, of one kind or another.

Governor Bullock’s lawsuit challenges the recent changes made at the USPS, which he says are designed to delay and obstruct mail delivery. It alleges that Louis DeJoy (75th U.S. Postmaster General and new CEO) acted outside his authority, violated federal law and didn’t follow the required procedures for making policy changes.
It also appears that Custer County Commissioners went outside of their authority when they voted to make all Custer County citizens vote by mail. Montana Law says NO mail ballot election for special federal or state election, unless authorized by the legislature (TITLE 13 CHAPTER 19 Part 1 13-19-104). The Custer County Commissioners’ decision was not approved by the legislature, but the Custer County Commissioners did it anyway.
Between Governor Bullock, our Custer County Commissioners voting against the will of the majority of the people living in the county and the Election Administrator’s lies about mail-in voting – we all need to keep close watch on our election here in Custer County to ensure that it runs smooth, and without any fraud and corruption.
Our eyes are wide open now! We are watching!
