We recently received the map shown below from someone who lives here in Custer County, and would like to remain anonymous. They went to the courthouse and requested a map showing the specific districts of each County Commissioner. Their intention, the letter, which accompanied the map stated, was to assist in running campaigns against two of the incumbent [unnamed[ commissioners. The letter commented on the “dismal” condition of the “basically unusable” map and was curious why our “lofty” taxes don’t provide us with a higher quality presentation. The package containing the map and letter was delivered by the USPS, and cited several other complaints, which we will not list here. Thank you to the individual who sent the items, and for bringing the county’s residents up to speed on this matter.
