Mail-In Ballot Lawsuit & Actions Outside The Law?

Montana’s Governor Bullock left it up to the counties to decide how they would be conducting their elections on November 3rd. Our Custer County Commissioners just passed a Resolution to conduct a mail-in only election this year. Everyone in Custer County Montana will be voting by mail this year. Two of the Custer County Commissioners said they voted to follow the law when casting their votes for an ALL MAIL-IN BALLOT election on November 3rd. Our Custer County Commissioners recently voted to take away our 'choice' to vote at the polls or via mail, as an absentee ballot.
